HoldsUp is the newest Aiteklabs product. Podcasts are mostly true and slightly bent, and at scale that is the same as false. HoldsUp measures the bend: every claim in an episode is checked against PubMed, Europe PMC and OpenAlex, graded with the Oxford CEBM and GRADE frameworks, and linked to the exact study, the exact passage and the moment it was said.
At launch it covers 300+ episodes from 27 shows across health, business and history, with more than 13,800 claims checked and 19,500 studies cited. A claim with no source found is marked unverified, not false, and nothing on the site is medical advice.
Built for the agentic web
The next step is to open the verification engine to AI agents. We are integrating x402, the HTTP-native payment protocol, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so an agent can pay per request to verify a podcast claim, pull the evidence behind it, or generate a sourced social media post from an episode. No subscription and no API key negotiation: a request and a micro-payment.
Verify your own blood test, without sharing it
The same engine will be available as an MCP server for personal use: connect it to your assistant and check what a blood test result or a supplement claim means against the literature. The data stays on your side. HoldsUp never stores or reads the health data itself, which keeps the product GDPR-friendly by design and makes pay-per-request the honest pricing model.
