Move your company to AI in 90 days, with results you can measure
A fixed 90-day program that takes AI from slides to daily operations. We pick the use cases with the clearest return, run pilots on your real data, put human review and EU AI Act governance in place, then hand everything over to your team with documentation and training. Vendor-agnostic: we choose the models that fit your quality, cost and data rules.

Who it is for
Marketing, e-commerce, support and operations leaders in mid-sized and large companies who need AI results this year, not another strategy deck, and who must stay compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
What we deliver
Audit and model selection
Use-case map, KPI baseline and a vendor-agnostic choice of models by output quality, deployment (cloud, hybrid or on-premise), data rules and cost per task.
Content at scale
Product descriptions, campaign copy and multilingual assets generated from your data and brand rules, with human review before anything is published.
Support deflection
An assistant grounded only in your documentation, plus a voice agent for first-level calls, with a clean handoff to your team.
Generative marketing and localization
Video, images and voiceover in every language of your markets, from the team behind AI campaigns for Lidl, BYD and Cytamobile-Vodafone.
Personalization for e-commerce
Signals that spot hesitant visitors and show them the right content or product, measured against a control group.
Governance and handover
Human review, GDPR, EU AI Act transparency and labeling of AI-generated content, then runbooks and training so your team runs it alone.
How we work
- 1
Weeks 1 to 2: audit
We map workflows, data and risks, pick two or three use cases and set the KPIs and the baseline.
- 2
Weeks 3 to 6: pilots
Working pilots on real data for a small group of users, measured against the baseline every week.
- 3
Weeks 7 to 10: hardening
Human review, permissions, logging, cost controls and AI Act documentation before the wider rollout.
- 4
Weeks 11 to 13: rollout and handover
Rollout to the teams, training, runbooks and a final KPI report. Your team owns the system; we stay available if you want us.

Frequently asked questions
- Why 90 days?
- Long enough to run real pilots and measure them, short enough to keep the budget and the team focused. On day 90 you have working systems, numbers and a decision on what to scale.
- Which AI models do you use?
- The ones that fit your case. We compare providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and open models on quality, cost, deployment and data rules, and we do not lock you into one vendor.
- Is our data used to train models?
- No. We use providers with no-training contracts or self-hosted open models, and your data stays in the region you choose.
- What does the EU AI Act change for AI-generated content?
- Its transparency rules (Article 50) require AI-generated content to be marked and deepfakes to be disclosed. We build that labeling and human review into the workflow, so every published asset is compliant.
- What happens after the program?
- Your team runs the system with our documentation and training. If you prefer, we keep operating and improving it under a monthly support plan.
