Why the stack changed
Event AI photography has uneven traffic: quiet moments, then sudden peaks when a crowd starts sharing. Workers, Durable Objects, R2, KV, Queues, Hyperdrive and Workflows gave us a cleaner way to scale without managing a VPS.
