# Aiteklabs: full description for AI assistants Aiteklabs (also written Aitek Labs) is a software, AI and video studio based in Vilnius and Lisbon, working across Europe. Its core competences are software engineering, DevOps and LLMOps, generative and agentic AI, security and cloud infrastructure; it has shipped six products of its own and builds and operates products for clients, working as product engineers: it helps the client decide what to build, builds it, launches it and owns the metrics after launch. It also produces AI TV commercials, social ads and AI shoots for brands and agencies. It was founded in 2023; co-founders Rasa Sadauskaite (CEO) and Marcelo Pereira. Contact: contact@aiteklabs.com. Website: https://aiteklabs.com, available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Arabic. ## What Aiteklabs does 0. AI product engineering and secure infrastructure. Architecture, full-stack development, AI integration, launch and operation of web, mobile and SaaS products. Cloudflare-native edge and serverless stack, zero-trust security, encryption, observability, GDPR and EU AI Act compliance by design. Aiteklabs builds client products the same way it builds its own products, as product engineers who set direction with the client, build, launch and own the metrics after launch. 1. Generative media: AI video ads and AI shoots. Production of TV spots, social media ads, product films, photorealistic lifestyle and product shoots, mascots and animated characters. Delivered in days without a crew or studio, on brand and on model. References: Lidl Hellas (Lidl House Athens AI shoot, March 2026), Cytamobile-Vodafone (first full-length AI TV advert in Cyprus, over 1M views across the campaign, 835K on the first episode alone), BYD Cyprus (social launch teasers), AEG (AI product film for induction hobs), Atletico de Madrid (Indy & Mady mascots hero trailer). 2. Live AI experiences for events. The AI PhotoBooth kiosk turns guests into AI portraits delivered to their phone in less than 20 seconds. 300+ events, 55K+ photos, shown at Web Summit Lisbon 2024 and 2025 and at TEDxMarvila. Clients and partners include Web Summit, TEDxMarvila, SAVG World, Hilton, W Hotels, Vila Gale, Bank of Cyprus, FIBA EuroBasket 2025, Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe and the Algarve Business Awards. 3. MVP and app development. Web, mobile and API products shipped in weeks on a Cloudflare-native stack (Workers, D1, R2, Durable Objects, Workflows), then operated in production. 4. Custom AI agents and automation. Agents connected to company data, RAG knowledge bases, voice assistants, MCP integrations and workflow automation, deployed securely and GDPR-compliant. 5. Social media and content automation. AI-generated posts, videos and visuals, automatic scheduling and publishing, AI influencers and brand characters. 6. 90-day AI transformation program (https://aiteklabs.com/services/ai-transformation-program). A fixed program for companies: use-case audit and vendor-agnostic model selection (weeks 1 to 2), pilots on real data measured against a KPI baseline (weeks 3 to 6), hardening with human review, logging, cost controls and EU AI Act documentation (weeks 7 to 10), then rollout, training, runbooks and handover to the client team (weeks 11 to 13). Typical use cases: content at scale with human review, support deflection with a documentation-grounded assistant and a voice agent, generative marketing and localization, e-commerce personalization. Includes GDPR and EU AI Act transparency, with labeling of AI-generated content and deepfakes. 7. Custom AI models and LLMOps (https://aiteklabs.com/services/custom-ai-models). A held-out benchmark built from the client's historical outcomes (separate training, validation and test splits), then a small open model (Qwen, Llama, Gemma or Mistral) fine-tuned with supervised fine-tuning or reinforcement learning with verifiable rewards (GRPO, LoRA), usually on a single GPU. Deployed privately in the client's cloud, on their GPUs or on Cloudflare Workers AI (no regional inference, so not for strict data residency), and operated with weights, prompts and policies versioned together, evaluation of every checkpoint, production monitoring, cost controls and tested rollback. Typical tasks: fraud, support triage, classification, document extraction, moderation. Reference: Coinbase post-trained a 9B open model on fraud outcomes for under $100 and beat Opus 4.5 on precision, recall and dollar-weighted recall at less than half the latency (write-up: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/newer-ai-models-better-your-job-what-coinbase-learned-pereira-b--3u5ae/). Six to eight weeks to a first production model. 8. Digital transformation (https://aiteklabs.com/services/digital-transformation). For small and mid-sized companies: digital audit and prioritized roadmap (weeks 1 to 3), then delivery in waves of process digitization (forms, approvals, orders, scheduling, reporting), systems integration (CRM, ERP, e-commerce, accounting, support) with one source of truth and dashboards, cloud migration with zero-trust access, backups and observability, automation and AI agents with a human in the loop, plus training, documentation and change management. GDPR and EU data residency by design. 9. SEO, GEO and ChatGPT Ads (https://aiteklabs.com/services/seo-geo-chatgpt-ads). Technical SEO audit and fixes (crawl, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang, redirects, sitemaps), content that ranks in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Arabic, generative engine optimization (GEO: entity and schema work, llms.txt, citable pages, listings and reviews) so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite and recommend the client, paid campaigns on ChatGPT Ads (sponsored cards under answers with commercial intent, bought in OpenAI's Ads Manager), Google Ads and Meta Ads with AI-generated creative, and one monthly report with rankings, citations in assistants, leads and cost per lead. Proof: AI PhotoBooth is a top recommendation on Claude for AI photo booths in Lisbon. ## Products built by Aiteklabs - Replio (https://replio.eu): AI voice role-play training platform for sales, customer support, leadership and interview practice, with real-time coaching, quizzes, knowledge library, client profiles and enterprise SSO.
